We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 1:00 PM on workdays the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If for whatever reason you do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Are you, for whatever reason, not satisfied with the delivered product(s)? Then we of course offer you the option to return the package and request your money back. We give you 14 days for this. Within this period you have the option to initiate the returns procedure. You can do this using the withdrawal and return form.
You can return your items, provided that as far as reasonably possible:
- The price tag is still attached.
- Price tags may only be removed if this would hinder the fitting of the item.
- Hygiene items such as underwear, mouthguards, mouthguards and training masks for which the seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned.
