If a returned/exchanged item does not meet our policies, it will be refused and returned to the customer.

At Joya Fightgear you have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt. This can be done in our physical stores or by means of a return.

COST

When returning a product, you will be credited with the full order amount. Only the costs of the return shipment are partly at your own expense. The costs for a return shipment are €6.95. €2.95 of this will be deducted from the refund. Returns are always at your own risk. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Joya Fightgear with all accessories supplied and in the original packaging.

REFUND

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return - and provided it has been received in good order.

International Returns

Customers from outside Europe may return their order at their own expense using a courier service of their choice. Returns should be sent to the following address:

After shipping the return, please email the tracking number to info@joyasports.com so that we can monitor the shipment. Once we have received and inspected the returned package, we will either exchange the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
