Warranty

Our goal is to deliver our products to you in top condition, however, something can always happen by third parties during transport, which means you can end up with us through your guarantee. In our terms and conditions it is stated to report the incident to us within 30 days of noticing the incident and if it falls within this time we will take care of repair or replacement.

Complaints

Things can always go wrong, so we recommend that you first report your complaints to us by sending an email to info@joyasports.com and we will do our best to help you within 14 days.

Since 15 February 2016, it has been possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform.
