Orders placed before 17:00 will be delivered tomorrow (ONLY IN THE NETHERLANDS). However, we are dependent on the carrier for this, so your order may take slightly longer to arrive.

Shipping costs are €6.95 for orders under €50. For orders over €50, we do not charge shipping costs (with the exception of large packages such as punching bags. This is stated with the product.) (ONLY IN THE NETHERLANDS and Germany!).
Deliveries are handled by our partner DPD. After we hand over your order to the carrier, you will receive an email containing your Track & Trace number. With this, you can track your package yourself at any time.
