The Performance MMA Tour with Carlos Prates brings a current UFC welterweight to Europe for two intense days of training and interaction.

From UFD Gym in Germany to Joyagear HQ and Days Gym in the Netherlands, Prates will share his approach to modern MMA striking, intelligent pressure, and mental toughness.
