The shipping costs are €6.95 for orders under €50 – For orders above €50, we do not charge shipping costs (except for large packages such as boxing bags. This is stated on the product.).
Deliveries are handled by our partner DPD or PostNL. Once we hand over your order to the carrier, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace number. This allows you to track your package at any time.
At Joya Fightgear you have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt. This can be done at our physical stores or by means of a return shipment.
COSTS
When returning a product, you will receive the full order amount back, provided the product and its accessories are returned to Joya Fightgear in their original packaging.
REFUND
We will refund the outstanding order amount within 14 days of receiving your return – provided it has been received in good condition.
