The dual channel finger system allows your hands to close naturally, improving grip, control, and positioning during grappling exchanges. The multi layer padding absorbs impact effectively while maintaining a responsive feel during striking.

A seamless thumb construction reduces irritation and allows smooth movement, while the double closure system provides maximum wrist stability and support under pressure.

Netherlands

Orders placed before 17:00 are typically delivered the next business day within the Netherlands. Shipping costs are €6.95 for orders under €50. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping, excluding oversized products such as punching bags, which are clearly indicated on the product page.

Deliveries are handled by our trusted shipping partners DPD and PostNL. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace email allowing you to follow your shipment at any time.

European Union

We ship throughout the European Union for a flat rate of €10. Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within a few business days after dispatch.

United States & International Shipping

Shipping costs for the United States and all other international destinations are calculated at checkout.

Customers can choose between:

• Local Postal Service (Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days)
• DHL Express (Estimated delivery: 3-6 business days)

Special Product Fulfilment

Some products are stocked and shipped directly from our United States warehouse in Florida. This currently applies to all Joyagear x Poatan products.

Orders containing these products may be shipped separately from other items to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

Returns & Refunds

At Joyagear, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Products can be returned through one of our physical stores or by sending the item back to us. Returned products must be unused, complete with all supplied accessories, and in their original packaging.

Returns Within the Netherlands

When returning a product, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount. The cost of the return shipment is partially at your own expense.

The return shipping cost is €6.95, of which €2.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Within the European Union

For customers within the European Union, the return shipping cost is €6.95, of which €2.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns for Joyagear x Poatan Products (United States)

All Joyagear x Poatan products shipped from our Florida warehouse can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The return fee for these products is $4.95, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns for United States & International Orders

For all regular United States and international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The only exception is when the return is the result of a warehouse error, such as receiving the wrong product or an incorrect item. In such cases, Joyagear will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Products must be returned in good condition and in accordance with our return policy before a refund can be approved.

Returns are always the responsibility and risk of the customer until received and processed by Joyagear.
