- IMPORTANT ADVISORY: Due to the layered combination of foams used in the production of our sparring gloves, as well as the varying densities, we strongly recommend that you "Break-In" your new sparring gloves on the bag and/or punch mitts for at least 10 to 20 rounds before using them in sparring.
Wij doen ons uiterste best om jouw bestelling zo snel mogelijk bij jouw thuis af te leveren.
Voor 13:00 besteld is morgen in huis. Echter zijn we hierin ook afhankelijk van de vervoeder en kan het zijn dat jouw bestelling iets langer onderweg is.
De verzendkosten bedragen €6,95 bij bestellingen onder de €50,-. Voor bestellingen boven de €50,- brengen wij geen verzendkosten in rekening (m.u.v. grote pakketten zoals bijv bokszakken. Dit staat vermeld bij het product.).
De leveringen verlopen via onze partner DPD. Nadat wij je bestelling meegeven aan de transporteur, ontvang je een mail met daarin jouw Track & Trace nummer. Hiermee kun jij te allen tijde zelf jouw pakket volgen.
Je hebt bij Joya Fightgear het recht om je bestelling tot 30 dagen na ontvangst te retourneren. Dit kan in onze fysieke winkels of door middel van een retourzending.
KOSTEN
Bij het retouren van een product krijg je het volledige orderbedrag gecrediteerd. Enkel de kosten van de retourzending zijn voor een deel voor je eigen rekening.
De kosten voor een retourzending bedragen €6,95. Hiervan wordt €2,95 verrekend met de terugbetaling.
Retourzendingen zijn te allen tijde op eigen risico. Indien je gebruik maakt van je herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en in de originele verpakking aan Joya Fightgear geretourneerd moeten worden.
TERUGBETALING
Wij zullen het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van je retour – en mits deze in goede orde is ontvangen terugstorten.
